This idyllic retreat is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Brassington, which boasts a beautiful Norman church, historic streets, two quaint pubs and a children's play area. There are numerous walks from the doorstep that lead into the scenic Peak District National Park and tranquil Carsington Water, with lots of activities such as cycling and watersports on offer. For a family day out, Alton Towers, Matlock Farm Park, Chatsworth House and Kedleston Hall are all a short drive away, as are pretty towns and villages such as Matlock Bath, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Buxton, all of which boast an array of shops and restaurants.
Stepping into the property, the beautiful open plan kitchen/diner is a bright and spacious area. Of the remaining two bedrooms, one features twin single zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a king size on request) and a further double bedroom. The spacious bathroom comprises of a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC.
Externally to the front of the property is a parking area with ample space for four cars. Surrounded by mature trees and shrubbery is a patio area with seating and BBQ, and to the rear of the property is a small courtyard area with addition seating.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
