The property is located in a traditional Norfolk village with a pub and children's play park within walking distance. The property, set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, is a great place from which to explore the surrounding area, Sandringham and the Queen’s estate is a short drive along with many other grand houses including Houghton Hall. Bircham Windmill along with Castle Rising also popular. The North Norfolk coast is close with Wells Next the Sea and Blakeney Point. Fakenham and King's Lynn offer shops and restaurants and good pubs can be found in the surrounding villages.
Leisure facilities: Zumba & Circuit classes conveniently located in the village, running & cycling routes directly from the door. Beauty treatments are also available at the cottage or at nearby salon with arrangement with the owner.
Entering this charming character property, guest will immediately feel at home, A spacious lounge/dining area with comfortable leather sofas, TV/DVD, cosy with the woodburner, perfect for those chilly winter evenings (1st basket of logs included), dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, there is a separate freezer in the garage, washing machine and microwave. Stairs leading to the first floor and two double bedrooms, the spacious master bedroom is light and airy with gothic style windows, the second double bedroom has a double bed with a bunk above. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside: shared garden with garden furniture and BBQ hut, perfect to enjoy the summer evenings. There is also a lockable wooden bike storage building and the front of the cottage has off road parking.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
