You will also be ideally placed for exploring the stunning cathedral city of Exeter which boasts a wide selection of shops and eateries. There are also a number of National Trust properties in the area well worth a visit including the Killerton Estate. Food fanatics will not be disappointed with the area being known for some great produce and a choice of well renowned pubs close by.
On entering this countryside retreat, to your right is the downstairs shower room with WC. Heading on down the corridor, take a couple of steps down to the utility area with washer/dryer, a great space for all the family to kick off their walking boots and tidy up before entering the property.
