This is the perfect location for all lovers of the outdoors and fishermen will be most delighted with the wonderful river Tay, internationally renowned for its Atlantic salmon fishing. Golf enthusiasts are also well catered for, with over twenty courses within easy reach including Gleneagles, Rosemount, Lansdowne, Perth and Dunkeld. Located just seven miles north of Perth with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities, close to the main A9 taking you straight into the highlands of Scotland, where you are able to enjoy everything from 'bagging a Munro' to white water rafting, skiing to sightseeing.
