This beautiful conservation village is home to the Fife Folk Museum and also hosts Scotland’s oldest highland games that are held on the last Saturday in June. Ceres also has a pub and a hotel serving food, tea room, antique shop, family butchers, village store and the renowned Wemyss Ware Pottery. The World famous splendid town of St Andrews, home of golf and the legendary Old course is only six miles away and is well worth a visit. With the picture-postcard East Neuks fishing villages, Fife Coastal Path and wonderful sandy beaches, all within easy reach. There is also a fabulous Michelin-starred restaurant less than 2 miles away, this restaurant features in the Good Food Guide and is listed as one of the top 50 restaurants in the UK, definitely worth a visit to celebrate a special occasion or birthday!
