The property’s woodland location means that there are plenty of lovely walks in the local area, and the Grizedale Forest Visitors’ Centre is just one mile from the cottage, and offers walking routes, a cafe, sculpture trail, children’s playground, and even a Go-Ape high ropes adventure, if you fancy a birds’ eye view of the forest.

Downstairs, on the lower-ground floor, there is a second bedroom, a double, which benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, there is an enclosed, south facing patio area with table and chairs to the rear of the property with fuels across the fields. There is off-road parking provided for two cars and bikes can be stored in the property’s secure garage.
