The two bedroom 18th Century eco-barn has retained many of its original features including exposed oak beams and original stone walls. The barn benefits from an innovative environmental design with numerous features throughout including an original gritstone roof, British sheep's wool insulation and eco-friendly paints and wood finishes have been used throughout the property. All heating and hot water is provided from a carbon neutral wood pellet stove in the lounge.
An oak staircase leads to the first floor which has under floor heating and elegant Welsh slate flooring. An open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful exposed beams and stone walls. The garden offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside including the grounds of the property which are home to the owner's Alpacas and chickens.
