Located just a short walk from the unspoilt shingle beach at Pett Level, which is known for its rock pools, fossils and the mysterious 6,000 year old sunken forest which can be seen sometimes when the tide is out, making this property ideal for families and couples looking for an old fashioned seaside break, near to glorious countryside and dog-friendly beaches. Keen walkers and cyclists can explore the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve or Fairlight Country Park which are both within easy reach. The property is midway between the pretty medieval town of Rye, famous for its cobbled streets and smuggling stories or take a trip to nearby Hastings Old Town where there is a wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants, coupled with seaside attractions to keep the family entertained.

The dining room offers an additional Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker for enjoying a spot of music whilst you eat. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage offers five bedrooms, two master double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC, located at either end of the cottage, which is perfect for two families staying together. There are a further two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, which share the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a small lobby area with a retro electric organ which guests are welcome to play.
Heading outside there is a garden with a decked area with table and chairs. There is a further lawned area to the side of the property, and private parking for three cars.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
