Situated just a short walk from the pretty high street of Bourton-on-the-Water, this listed property is ideally positioned for exploring the Venice of the Cotswolds on foot. A lavender lined path runs to the front door of the cottage and there is a large stone terrace, with easy access to the kitchen. This area is ideal for summer entertaining. The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with beech hedging. There is also a pretty rose arbour at the bottom of the garden, which leads directly onto the riverside path which leads to the centre of the village. There is also off-road parking for one car.
