There is a handy farm shop just a short drive away, as well as two welcoming pubs, and a local railway station. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, including the exquisite Harewood House, this stunnning stately home is situated within 6 miles of the property and not only offers 1000 acres of grounds, but also a fantastic art collection, a rare bird garden, where they keep penguins alongside more traditional farmyard animals. Other attractions in the local area include the spa town of Harrogate, Brimham Rocks, local market towns of Ilkley and Skipton and the beautiful City of York.
