Within easy reach of the historic town of Arbroath, famed for the Arbroath Smokie, with its splendid abbey, historic harbour, long sandy beaches and stunning sandstone cliffs. The vibrant city of Dundee is close at hand, with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. The immediate area is perfect for walking, cycling, mountain biking and hiking with wonderful coastal paths, woodland walks, country trails and the magnificent Angus Glens, all within easy reach.

Next you are met with the beautiful, spacious master double bedroom with TV, and wonderful views over the garden and surrounding countryside from the delightful window seat. Completing the accommodation is the stylish shower room with rain shower and WC.
Venturing outside, you will find the fully enclosed front garden with seating area. Ideal for al fresco dining and to enjoy the views over the beautiful countryside, perhaps with a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is also an abundance of wildlife and birds that visits the garden. There is ample off-road parking directly in front of the property.
