Drive to historic Ruthin and Chester, offering shopping, culinary delights, cultural events and attractions. Explore the old city walls, cathedral and renowned Chester Zoo. Enjoy the National Trust’s Erddig and Chirk castles, walk along the Pontcycsyllte Aquaduct or take the horse drawn canal boat in Llangollen. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the races and golf courses at Chester and Bangor-on-Dee. Families can have a fun-filled day out at Park Hall Farm or the Ironworks in Oswestry. Follow the gravel path from the door around to the five steps up to the terrace, with table and chairs, charcoal BBQ and lovely views over the paddock. The garden is enclosed for peace of mind with your children and dogs. The middle and top paddocks are home to pigs and sheep some parts of the year and the chicken coup is on the bottom paddock. There is a designated path for you to explore the smallholding and plenty of space to run free and embrace the lovely countryside views. There is ample off-road parking at the property, a large lockable shed and an outside tap to wash down your bikes.
