It is the ideal base for exploring the area’s wealth of attractions, the stunning north and south coastlines and the rural delights of both Dartmoor and Exmoor. Situated less than 20 miles from Exeter, you can enjoy the best of both the countryside and city life, with Exeter’s array of historic attractions, fantastic shops and wonderful eateries.
The property has been cleverly designed in order to allow guests to take full advantage of the countryside views. Arranged in an inverted lay out, you’ll enter on the ground floor where the bedrooms can be found. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as a separate family bathroom, each featuring a shower over bath and WC. There are also two further twin rooms, making this a great choice for families. On the ground floor, you will also find a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner with a table seating six people and a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge is also on the first floor, which offers a TV/DVD, electric fire and comfortable sofas so you can all relax together. Door from the first floor lead on to a balcony with far-reaching views over the rolling countryside.
You’ll also have access to your own patio, shared lawns, BBQ and a whole range of leisure facilities. There include a shared, heated indoor swimming pool (open seven days a week, 8am – 10pm, private bookings are taken at times, public opening time tables and full information can be found on site), snooker tables, skittle alley, squash courts and five-a-side all-weather pitch. Two carp fishing lakes can be found nearby. Children will love the adventure playground with zip slides and an indoor soft play area with its own coffee shop. Sports hall offering badminton, tennis, netball and football (charges apply)There is ample parking two cars.
