Situated in an unspoilt and attractive part of rural Norfolk, just a short walk away to the sea and beautiful sandy beach and the only independently operated lighthouse in Great Britain. For a traditional seaside resort, Cromer is only a short drive away and provides a fantastic family day out, whether it’s for great fish and chips, or to enjoy an evening show at the theatre located on the pier. Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk broads, is also only a short distance away where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the stunning waterways.
Guests entering the property arrive in the hall way where on your right is a snug area with television and three chairs, leading through to a spacious and comfortable living and dining area. Within the living area are two comfortable sofas and a log burner providing the perfect surroundings to unwind in. The dining table has seating for up to six guests. Heading back towards the front of the cottage and down the hallway you will come across the kitchen featuring induction hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a downstairs WC and here you will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to the rear garden off from the kitchen. Heading upstairs, to the right is a family bathroom featuring shower over bath and W/C. Next along is the second bedroom with king-size bed and storage space. Heading back down the hall way you will find another snug area with seating and a television. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, is along from the snug and finally there is a bedroom with single bed.
Heading outside of the property, to the rear is an enclosed patio area featuring a table and four chairs, which provides the perfect area to soak up the sun and relax. There is roadside parking at the front of the property.
