It lies between the pretty seaside town of Conwy, which has a medieval castle and wallen town, and the beautiful walled city of Chester, which is steeped in history. There’s great walking on the property’s doorstep, with it being located in an area of outstanding national beauty and the mill’s garden backing on to the Coed Y Felin nature reserve. You can also climb nearby Moel Famau, the highest hill in the Clwydian Range. Venture a little further and explore the town of Mold, with its street market, annual food and drink festival and Theatre Clywd, or the historic towns of Ruthin, Denbigh or Llangollen. Snowdonia is also close by with its mountain railway. You really couldn't be in a more central location. With Liverpool less than an hours drive away by car, Chester just a 20 minute drive and the whole of North Wales, with it's enviable coastline and stunning mountain ranges, right on your doorstep.
