As you head back outside you will see the old brick-lined well, dating back to 1850, with railings and a glass cover to peer down as far as the eye can see. Enjoy morning coffee or a BBQ on the patio with pretty flower borders listening to birdsong and embracing the view over the garden and beyond. Take a picnic in the orchard or by the two wildlife ponds and wander the 11 acres of grounds. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable bike store available. Ample parking at the property. Please note the property is located in an 11 acre smallholding with sheep, working dogs and fowl, near to the owners home though privacy is assured. This is a no-smoking property.
