Quiet country lanes for walking and cycling, with nearby golf and fishing. Norwich is 13 miles away for castles, museums, theatres and restaurants and 5 miles from Dereham with restaurants, pubs and shops, there is an hourly bus service to both. The coastal towns of Blakeney, where you can take a boat trip or Wells-next-the-Sea for long stretches of sandy beaches can be reached within the hour. Norwich Airport is 16 miles away and pick-ups can be arranged & only a 20 minute drive from University of East Anglia. An hours drive to the popular Suffolk coastal towns of Lowestoft and Southwold.
