Lovely stone property with games room and garden in quiet hamlet. Walk to the pub or pop to pretty Porthmadog. Perfect retreat for friends and family to relax or be active in Snowdonia National Park.

Detached stone single-storey property located in the little hamlet of Gellilydan, the local pub is just a short walk. Pop to the Italianate village of Portmeirion with its architectural heritage, stunning tidal estuary, sub-tropical gardens, shops and eateries. Continue to Porthmadog with its harbour, steam trains, eateries and shops, or to Borth-y-Gest a stunning coastal village. Explore the many footpaths over the hills with lakes, reservoirs and historic ruins or join the coastal path which leads to fine sandy beaches. Enjoy Snowdonia’s myriad of footpaths and cycle routes, golf courses and attractions such as the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, Zip World Slate Caverns and Harlech Castle. An all-year-round destination with walking, climbing, fishing, boating, cycling to name but a few activities on offer.

Walk into this spacious bungalow and leave your boots and coats in the hall. Straight ahead is the stylish kitchen/diner with French doors leading out onto the paved patio. The kitchen area is a sociable space and a delight to cook in with all the thoughtful little extras, it is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy a meal together around the fabulous dining table with space for everyone to gather. After dinner, continue through to the lounge with cosy sofas and Smart TV with SkyTV (basic package), perfect to unwind and relax after a full day out. Maybe head down the corridor and test your skill in the games room with table football and Mega drive console with Smart TV. When ready to retire there are four lovely bedrooms to choose from, the king-size with stylish en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, two double rooms or the twin. Take a leisurely shower, in the stylish shower room with WC, for a refreshing start to the day. At the far end of the property leading from the games room, is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a large front garden with lawn, established borders and a large bench, it is a lovely spot for morning coffee or enjoy a charcoal BBQ at the paved patio around the back of the house and plan your holiday activities. The back garden is enclosed and if you are keen on cycling or canoeing there is a bike rack to lock your bikes and space for paddleboards or canoes. Ample parking for three cars at the property.
