This property enjoys the best of both worlds: both coast and country, as it is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, between Dartmoor National Park to the east, and Cornwall’s Atlantic coast to the west. The area immediately surrounding the property not only has a large number of picturesque villages to explore, but also offers a range of attractions, including Roadford Reservoir. The property’s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors, whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude’s sandy beaches, exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel.
Stepping inside this tasteful and contemporary cottage, you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner a light and airy living space. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal.
