For those looking to soak up a bit of local culture during their stay, Canterbury is a short drive away and guests can enjoy a trip to the Marlow Theatre, or a visit to the world-famous Canterbury Cathedral. For those looking for a trip to the seaside, the Kent coastline is a 20-minute drive away.
Enter the cottage through the front door into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams throughout and breathtaking views across farmland. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and two armchairs, and a TV/ DVD player with a selection of DVDs perfect for a family movie night in. There is a farmhouse table and four chairs for relaxed mealtimes, and a cupboard with a selection of board games and books to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen area has all the equipment you need, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. Stairs from the kitchen area lead up to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and fantastic views across the rural surroundings. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the property is completed by a bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC.
