Liskeard is just two miles away, with all the amenities you could wish for. Heading north is Bodmin Moor with many walking opportunities with views of the countryside and the old mining houses. It is also within easy reach of Cornwall’s many attractions including Lanhydrock House, Looe’s Monkey Sanctuary and Looe Valley branch line. For the walkers, visit Sibleyback Lake and enjoy water sports, dog walking and a very popular café with wonderful views. There are also fantastic walks around Golitha Falls, and enjoy breakfast or lunch at the famous Inkies Smokehouse. For the cyclists, there are many routes to choose from including Cardinham Woods. Why not take a stroll down to the train at Causeland Station (a short walk from the property) which will take you directly to Looe.
