Within a short drive, you have a choice of many sandy beaches fabulous walks and cycleways with the Tarka Trail being traffic-free. Local attractions nearby include Arlington Court, Combat Museums, RHS Rosemoor, Quincy Honey Farm, The Big Sheep and Milky Way to name but a few. Or why not try indoor rock climbing, cycling, country walks or visit the jewellery and stain glass workshops.
Heading into the property through the porch, an ideal place to kick off those boots, coats and shoes and where the washing machine and tumble drier is housed, before stepping into the entrance hall with the kitchen directly ahead of you.
