Threlkeld is a beautiful Lakeland village situated in an elevated position with views across the valley to the Helvellyn range and the vale of Keswick. It's located on the lower slopes of Blencathra, offering excellent fell walking right from the door. The town of Keswick is only a few miles away and has plenty on offer including museums, a theatre on the lake, local shops and a fantastic variety of places to eat out. Derwentwater is a must-see, set in the amazing scenery, and has a choice of ways to head out on the lake, from boat tours or hiring your own rowing boat.
Once you step through the front door you will instantly be hit by the luxurious style of this property. The lounge exudes relaxation with a comfortable sofa, armchair, wood burner and Smart TV - what more could you want for an evening in? Head on through the hub of the house, which is the sunroom, with windows all around which offer a fantastic aspect over the garden and to the mountains beyond. Set on one side is the dining table and chairs which create a great space for a family meal any time of the day and there is also a seating area to the other side which is great for those who want to sit back and have a read or enjoy the tranquil views. The garden offers plenty of space for all to enjoy with a lawned area and patio with seating for those al fresco meals while enjoying the picturesque views. There is also plenty of parking for four cars.
