Centrally located within 12 miles of the towns of Bampton, Wiveliscombe, Wellington and Tiverton with independent shops, pubs and cafes. Walkers will be spoilt for choice as the local area encompasses the Blackdown Hills, Quantocks and Exmoor; all within 20 miles and offering a mixture of wild moorland with lush, deep, wooded valleys and pretty villages to enjoy on foot, car, or bike. Wimbleball Lake is 16 miles and offers water sports, fishing, bird watching and nature trails. For a day on the beach, explore the North Devon coastline with its small coves and sandy beaches, or Minehead on the Somerset coast – there are many beaches to explore within a 30-mile drive.
