Bude has excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
Leisure activities: countryside walks direct from the property with a variety of wildlife and deer often being spotted. Outside: shared lawn areas offer plenty of space around the barns (croquet available), and enables couples and small families an opportunity to enjoy this idyllic holiday retreat. Alternatively just sit back and enjoy the countryside views, or take some time on your own patio to catch up on your reading. Games barn: guests can enjoy table tennis, darts and various toys for the smaller visitor. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Towels available for hire. The largest of the barns and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double with TV and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: split level with the lounge/diner on the lower level with flatscreen TV and DVD, hi-fi and woodburner effect electric fire. A few steps leads up to the large well-fitted kitchen/dining area with electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: door leading out onto the patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and country views.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
