A short drive away you'll find Dartmoor National Park, Exmoor National Park and many unspoilt Devon villages and towns that are all worth a visit. Bude, with its beautiful sandy beaches is easily accessible, as is the City of Exeter which is known for its beautiful Cathedral, cobbled streets, array of shops and restaurants, situated a half an hour away.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD, hi-fi and doors leading onto the terrace with countryside views. Kitchen area, with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed terrace and garden reached via a few steps with garden furniture. Owners are happy for your dogs to be exercised in a large secure paddock when there are no livestock present. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: BBQs are not allowed due to the thatched roof. Waitrose and Tesco online shopping deliver to the property.
