This apartment and the impressive views that it provides is just a short stroll away from the beach and walking distance across the beach to Filey with its Edwardian architecture and selection of quirky shops. The coastal path leading from the property is perfect for walkers and provides easy access to the beach. There is plenty to do in the local area but if you fancy going slightly further afield then both Bridlington and Scarborough are just a short drive away. A little further away is Whitby and York. Filey is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Yorkshire coast. From sunbathing to birdwatching, there is something to keep every member of the family entertained.
The apartment is at the rear of the property with private access up an internal staircase. This apartment has an amazing view of Filey Bay and Bempton cliffs. As you walk up the stairs to the apartment you will be very pleased as the first thing you will see is the sea view. Step inside the apartment into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the kitchen area includes everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Within the lounge area there are two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed, suitable for a child), a Smart TV with full Sky package and DVD should you want to watch a movie or catch up on some sport, there is also a selection of games to play for a night of fun. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.
Outside there is allocated off-road parking and a shared lawn area with picnic benches which is great for some lunch in the sunshine. Enjoy al fresco dining in the private enclosed decked garden with lovely views over the field and overlooking Filey Bay. A short stroll away is a holiday park which guests can take advantage of and are invited to use most of the facilities, which include tennis court, play area, crazy golf, aerial extreme, climbing wall, restaurants, fishing lake and boating lake.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
