Also within easy reach are a range of popular attractions to suit all tastes, including Exmoor Zoo, Broomhill Sculpture Garden, and the National Trust property of Arlington Court.

The two further bedrooms are a double room and a twin. The bathroom, also situated on the first floor, offers a bath, shower, and WC.
Outside, patio doors lead from the kitchen/area to the decked area with seating, sun loungers, and a BBQ, beyond which a generously-sized lawn area has a sunken trampoline, and a charming treehouse. There is ample off-road parking provided.
