Head back into the hallway and up the staircase to the first floor and a split-level landing where you will find the three bedrooms, all spacious and light, a single with views over the rear patio and countryside beyond, a telescope is provided for those keen on wildlife. A twin room again with country views, And a large double with views over the pretty front garden, and the Taw valley. The shower room completes the accommodation and offers a shower and WC.
Venture outside to the front of the property is a pathway and across this is the enclosed garden lawn with a patio area at one end where you can enjoy superb sunsets amongst the established trees and shrub. There is off road parking for one car and further roadside parking (subject to availability)
