Nowhere is particularly far from the beach in Devon, and this property is no different, and there is a choice of lovely beaches within easy reach, including the pretty beach in the village of Instow and the impressively large sandy beach in Westward Ho!
This is one of two barn conversion properties which sit across from one another on a quiet courtyard. The ground floor of the property is an open-plan space, with open tread spiral stairs in the middle of the room, separating the lounge area from the kitchen/diner. Taking the spiral staircase to the galleried bedroom, guests will find a pleasant space with a king-size bed and a dressing table. Just off the bedroom is a shower room with WC and on the opposite side of the stairs, a snug area.
Outside there is an enclosed, raised decked patio, with garden furniture and a BBQ, and the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. Off-road parking is available for one car.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
