This cottage is perfectly placed for enjoying all that North Devon has to offer, and just a short drive to the local beach of Instow with its restaurants, perfect for watching the evening sunset. Also within easy reach are Croyde, Saunton Sands and Woolacombe, all famous for their surfing beaches. The market town of Barnstaple is just 4 miles away, and there you can explore the pannier market, browse the plethora of high-street and independent shops, watch a show at the theatre or take a dip in the swimming pool if it's not beach weather. If you’re the outdoors type, there is a wide range of activities, such as surfing, canoeing and horse-riding right on the doorstep, plus both Exmoor and Dartmoor are close, and perfect for hiking. If you fancy trying a spot of golf, Great Torrington Golf Course is easily reached by car, and other attractions nearby include Dartington Crystal, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep.

From here, head to the right and you will find a spacious kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the enclosed garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and also a washer/dryer. To the left of the hallway, you will find a light and airy lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable seating to sit back and relax in front of the wood burner. There is also a further set of French doors which lead to the enclosed garden and these enable you to enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the lounge.
