The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course.
Entering this reverse-level property, which has underfloor heating throughout, you are met by two bedrooms, both having Smart TV’s, a king-size with its very own en-suite shower and WC, with French doors leading out onto the rear garden, and a twin room. A fabulous bathroom sits between them and provides a shower over bath and WC. Head up the stairs to the beautiful, vaulted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfy seating and large Smart TV which beckons you to relax. Indulge in the private hot tub within the spacious enclosed rear garden area. There is also an outside shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off wet suits, boards, or sandy paws. There is also a patio area with garden furniture. A BBQ stand and a disposable BBQ are also provided. Allocated off-road parking is available for two cars to the front of the property.
