The town itself has much to offer visitors including the Victorian pier, a modern shopping centre, an imposing fortress, and a popular theatre with a full programme of events. To the west of the town, visitors will find the stunning scenery of the South Downs, with the iconic Beachy Head lying just two miles west of the town: a breath-taking and rewarding walk. There is also a small snug on the ground floor with a futon, as well as cloakroom with a WC. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the lounge is located. This spacious room lends itself to allowing guests to truly relax and unwind, with its large corner sofa, two comfortable easy chairs, and a TV/DVD with Sky. There is a twin room on the first floor too, a light and airy room with views to the sea. A second flight of stairs take guests to the second-floor where there are two further bedrooms, the first of these is the master suite, which has a king-size bed, sea views, and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The third bedroom, meanwhile, is a cosy twin room with Velux windows over the beds. The main bathroom is also on the second floor, offering a shower-over-bath and WC.
To the front of the property there are shared lawned gardens for guests to enjoy. At the rear of the property, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, which is accessed through the French windows in the dining area. The property comes with two off-road parking spaces.
