Llan Ffestiniog village nestles between Manod and Moelwyn Mountains in the Snowdonia National Park. Head North to Blaenau Ffestiniog, with shops and eateries for you to enjoy, and local arts, crafts and produce. Walkers, climbers and cyclists can take on gentle strolls, steep climbs and even Snowdon’s summit. Whereas adrenalin seekers can Go underground at Llechwedd Slate Caverns, take on Zip World Titan, the largest zip zone in Europe and new outdoor activities. Visit historic sites and castles, take a ride on the narrow gorge steam train or a take trip to Portmeirion, near Porthmadog. The area is full of wooded vales, rocky slopes and mountain lakes, sandy beaches, attractions, history and culture. The perfect romantic retreat with something to do all year round.

Enjoy a bite to eat at the perfectly positioned table by the window and after dinner, play cards, open your maps to plan your activities and play board games. For cosy nights in snuggle up on the sofa, listen to music through the Bluetooth speaker system, enjoy something on the Smart TV with Standard Sky package or lose yourself in a good book. On the ground floor you will also find the stylish shower room with shower and WC, treat yourself to a leisurely shower before heading upstairs to the first floor. This spacious bedroom has soft towels, quality linen, a king-size bed, Smart TV with standard Sky package, comfy chairs and views to the front and rear of the property towards the mountains, this truly is a lovely space to wake up in.
Relax in the hot tub after a full day out and plan your next days’ adventure. If you are bringing you bikes you can use the cycle rack in the rear garden. To the front are four steps up to the front door and a paved area, ideal for morning coffee on the bench. There is ample roadside parking outside the property.
