Head to the nearby village of Oving, where you will find a traditional inn complete with its own Brewery or explore the many other pretty towns and villages nearby including Chichester and Bosham. Ideally situated for visit to the Goodwood Estate, the property offers excellent road links as well as wonderful walks through the South Downs. If lazy days spent at the beach are more your style, the beautiful shores at East and West Wittering are accessible from here or take the short trip into Bognor Regis.
On entering the detached property you are met by a beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with doors leading into the garden and a wood burner for those cosy evenings in. This stunning space has a high vaulted ceiling and contemporary styling, complete with hand crafted wooden details. The stylish kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and a bar stools for a chat over morning coffee. A spacious dining area is adjacent for enjoying leisurely meals. A stylish double bedroom and bathroom, with shower over bath and WC complete the accommodation.
Heading outside from the lounge area you will find a patio with garden furniture and BBQ. This fully enclosed space is a private spot for settling down with a good book or wander past the grapevines to the heated swimming pool, this space is shared with the owners and is available for use between 10am and 4pm daily, June – September. (Use of the pool is weather dependent. Further times may be available on request with the owner).
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
