The house is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the South Downs, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding, and just a short drive from the nearby towns of Littlehampton (8 miles) and Worthing (8 miles) which are both traditional seaside resorts offering family entertainment. For those looking to venture slightly further afield is Arundal Castle (9 miles), a quintessential English castle, and beyond there is the historical city of Chichester (19.5 miles), which is home to the cathedral, and Petworth House (21.5 miles), home to one of the finest National Trust art collections.
Step into the spacious hallway, which guides you through to the light and airy contemporary kitchen. This is well-equipped with two electric ovens and a gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, and a table with seating for six that offers a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads into the games room which is the perfect place to get the family together for a game of table tennis or pool after dinner. Beyond the games room is a spacious lounge/diner where you can relax of an evening. The dining table seats ten easily and is ideal for family meals. Afterwards, relax in front of the Smart TV on the comfortable corner sofa or armchairs, or curl up with a good book in one of the armchairs overlooking the garden. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are five bedrooms. Outside, relax on the decking with an outdoor dining table and sofa seating area to enjoy the outdoor life. Venture out onto the beach via your own personal access gate at the end of the garden and walk for miles either way at low tide. Finish off the day with a family BBQ and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine relaxing at the patio table and chairs. There is private parking for up to two cars.
