Set in a courtyard of private properties this is the perfect spot to explore fun-filled coastal towns such as Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough or enjoy fabulous walking routes along the coastline. The area is surrounded by historic homes and castles including Burton Agnes, Sewerby Hall and Gardens and the stunning Castle Howard just a short drive away. Alternatively, enjoy a ride on the North York Moors and relax and enjoy the scenery as it meanders through the glorious Esk Valley.
A warm welcome awaits as you enter the property with two steps up to the front door and into the hallway with the lounge to your left and the stylish kitchen/diner to your right. Relax in the lounge after the days adventures with a cosy wood burner, snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favourite series on the Smart TV & DVD/Blue ray player. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms one king-size room with a TV and the remaining two bedrooms are both lovely single bedrooms . On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with a bath with shower attachment and WC.
Heading outside you will find a patio area with table and chairs and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. There is an off road parking space for one car available and further on street parking nearby.
