If you'd prefer the vibe of a charming market town, drive 7 miles to visit Bedale, or just 4 miles to arrive in Leyburn. Leyburn is home to the enchanting Forbidden Corner, Middleham Castle and the peaceful Harmby Waterfall alongside plenty of independent shops and eateries, you could easily spend your days here.

Make your way over to the lounge complete with traditional wood burner, comfortable sofas and enviable views of the Dales from the floor to ceiling windows. At the opposite end of the room is the contemporary kitchen boasting all the mod cons you could want and need throughout your stay. Rustle up a meal from the fresh local produce before settling down as a family to enjoy it at the charming dining table. When dinner is done, flip the table over to reveal a full-size pool table that promises hours of entertainment! The gorgeous master bedroom comes complete with a restful oak sleigh super king size bed as well as en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is home to an elliptical bath and incredible infrared sauna so you can truly indulge when the day is done. The second bedroom is a spacious twin complete with en-suite shower room.
The exterior is equally as impressive as the interior. The star of the show is, of course, the hot-tub boasting incredible views across the countryside, a warming treat no matter the season. You can also make the most of a paved terrace area complete with seating, so you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or make the most of the peaceful atmosphere as you enjoy your morning coffee. What's more, guests can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the footpath direct from the property. Off-road parking is included.
