Period property, lovingly converted from the former ballroom of an early 19th century manor house, situated in the scenic North Wales countryside within a short drive of both the coast and the mountains of Snowdonia.
This property is located in the perfect position for those who enjoy spending time outdoors in picturesque surroundings. Set within Snowdonia National Park, visitors can make the most of the stunning mountain landscape, taking country walks, hikes, and challenging climbs. There are also opportunities to enjoy fishing nearby, as well as dry-slope skiing, golf, and horse riding. There is even a purpose-built inland surf centre within easy driving distance of the property in nearby Conwy, which provides visitors with perfect surf conditions all year round. Conwy is also home to its famous castle, as well as being a great place to spend an afternoon browsing the shops and sampling the delights of the local cafes, restaurants, and pubs.
This cottage makes an attractive place to enjoy a relaxing break in rural North Wales. At the heart of the property, the kitchen/diner is a homely room offering a warm welcome with a farmhouse-style dining table and a good range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. The lounge provides guests with the perfect place in which to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day, with two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD, and a wood burner-effect gas fire. Doors from this room lead out to the gardens which are shared with the two neighbouring properties. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first of these is a pretty room with a double bed and en-suite shower room, its own TV, and a sloping beamed ceiling. The second bedroom is a charming twin which also benefits from its own TV, whilst the third is a restful bunk bedroom, both of which, like the double, have a sloping ceiling, and therefore some reduced head-height. The bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
To the rear of the property, there are shared gardens which offer an attractive, and well-maintained space for guests to enjoy, as do the lawns to the front of the property. In addition to this, there is a private patio area, as well as ample off-road parking.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
