This spacious kitchen area boasts an electric Aga, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a ground floor shower room with shower and WC. Stairs from the kitchen area lead up to the snug where there is a comfy sofa and a wood burner, the perfect place to retreat to after a long day. From here a couple of steps lead up to the bunk bedroom which is ideal for children and a separate WC next to it, and then a further set of steps lead up to the double bedroom with wonderful views over the rear garden.
The outside space offers a unique arrangement of additional buildings, the first is a wonderful summer house with a sofa bed and en-suite shower room. The second is the laundry room with a washing machine, separate freezer and a feature original wood burner, it's the ideal space for storing bicycles or drying off your four-legged friend. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage with the courtyard area offering four chairs for enjoying a morning coffee and the garden to the rear of the cottage with a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is private off-road parking available at the property for one car.
