This coastal property is perfectly situated overlooking the beach of Westward Ho! with its two mile stretch of sand, which makes it a popular destination with families, beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts alike. To one side of the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park is a haven for marine wildlife and offers a shady break from the beach amongst the sand dunes. For those who want to explore on foot or by bike you have the South West Coastal path located nearby so you and your four legged friends can enjoy the breath-taking views on offer, or you have the popular Tarka Trail where you can enjoy relaxing bike rides or walks. Other attractions nearby include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and RHS Rosemoor.
As you arrive at this coastal retreat, take a moment to admire the spectacular views on offer of Westward Ho! beach. As you enter the property the hallway is the perfect places to wipe the sand from your paws and leave your coats behind you. To your left is the cosy lounge area, which boasts fabulous sea views and a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite programmes after a long day upon the sands. Following on through the property you enter the kitchen/dining area, the kitchen consists of an electric oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment. The dining area offers seating for four guests as well as a small seating area perfect for those morning coffees. Next door is the utility room which offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a separate shower room with WC. After a long day of exploring, head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious super-king-size which boasts remarkable sea views and a light and airy twin room. You will also find the bathroom here with shower over bath and WC.
Venture outside via the dining room where you will find an enclosed decked area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, the perfect space for al fresco dining. There is allocated parking for one car.
