Enjoy a spot of fishing at nearby Esthwaite Water, or head to Lake Windermere to enjoy a range of water sports, a ferry ride or visit the World of Beatrix Potter. For those who like to explore on foot, there are plenty of walking and cycling routes to explore through the Lake District National Park or head a little further afield and discover the Yorkshire Dales. If you’re looking for some history, visit National Trust’s Wray Castle.
Enter the property into the small porch area and head through to the spacious and sociable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Prepare a meal in the contemporary kitchen, equipped with electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge and microwave. You can then enjoy the resulting meal together around the dining table.
