The long dining table allows 10 people to dine together in comfort, whilst the sofas and chairs allows for extra seating. Light the wood burner, set in a traditional stone fireplace, in the living room and relax on the sofa for a film or gather everyone together for a board game. Indulge in some peace and quiet as the children enjoy the large playroom with pool/table tennis table, games, toys and a separate TV with games console and DVD. Completing the ground floor is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and the utility room with a washing machine/dryer, plus storage area for outdoor clothing and boots or a couple of bikes. Upstairs leads to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and access to the outside wooden terrace, whilst a further bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a bath. There is a further queen-sized bedroom, and a twin room with beds (which can be zipped together to make a king-size bed) that has an en-suite with a shower. The final bedroom has 6” bunk beds which are suitable for adults. Completing the upstairs is the family bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle.
Outside there is a large lawned garden with outdoor play equipment, perfect for children to play, with a further enclosed walled terrace behind.
