Nestled in the pretty town of Sandgate with its wide range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants and with the beautiful beach located on the opposite side of the road, this cottage is ideal for a large family getaway. The cottage is within easy reach of the beautiful Kent countryside, the Cinque Ports town of Hythe, the Creative Quarter at Folkestone, Dover Castle, Port Lympne Safari Park, the Battle of Britain Memorial site at Capel Le Ferne and the historic city of Canterbury with its famous cathedral and Marlow Theatre, all within 30 miles. For those with an interest in outdoor activities there are many footpaths to walk and cycle on nearby and water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing and SUP are popular along the Sandgate waterfront.
Steps lead up to the front door of this 19th-century Grade II listed townhouse and into the hallway with space for dropping off shoes and coats. Head into the light and bright dual aspect lounge and relax on one of the two comfy sofas and enjoy catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV.
