This spacious former fisherman's property occupies an elevated position in this popular fishing village. Delightful river and estuary views from the master and top bedrooms.
Conveniently located, you will be within walking distance of a wealth of popular village pubs, shops, the maritime museum and pretty quayside. Venture further afield and explore the whole of North Devon, including the expansive golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! , Croyde and Woolacombe. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy exploring pretty Clovelly, the coastal footpath, Tarka Trail, or even a game of golf on the nearby course. The area also offers a number of attractions to suit all tastes, such as Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Bideford with its pannier and open air markets, RHS Rosemoor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 king-size with TV and estuary views and 1 single. On the second floor, 1 twin approached via steep stairs with TV. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Separate WC located off the courtyard. Lounge/diner: with flame effect gas woodburner, TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed paved courtyard garden with garden furniture. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach, pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
