Back in August a day trip to the seaside on the Kent Coast.
From time to time we might hear sailors' tall tales of furrin parts in strange lands beyond the horizon. Apparently even the closest is many leagues a-journeying over stormy and dangerous seas.
On 23 June 2016 we recognised that they don't really exist at all. Or if they do, are of little or no concern to most voters in England.
