We went for a short walk last night not expecting much given the weather, but we were lucky to see the sun bursting through the cloud over Hilbre Island.

I find editing these pictures hard - you need it dark enough that you can see the impact of the sunlight, but I don't want it too dark that you lose the context of the beach and clouds. It's a balancing act to have the two compliment each other well.
