This beautiful property nestles on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor, boasts expansive countryside views and is located just a mile from the spectacular North Devon coastline.
A short stroll takes you into the heart of the village and here you will find a local pub, tea rooms, post office and local store; and just slightly further afield access to the sea and South West Coast Path. Further amenities can be found at nearby Combe Martin and Ilfracombe, with both offering a diverse range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovers of the coast and country will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton and Exmoor National Park all within a short drive. Other attractions accessible from here include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor Zoo, National Trust Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.

Located just off this there is a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, meaning that it is possible to keep everyone looking ship shape while enjoying your coastal escape! Heading up the middle staircase and onto the first floor, you will then discover the first of the pretty bedrooms, all of which boast fabulous countryside views. The furthest away is the stunning super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and here it is possible to lounge in the bath whilst gazing across the fields. A delightful king-size bedroom and then a twin bedroom sits next to this, and these rooms are serviced by a bathroom with bath and WC, and a further separate WC, located at the top of another short flight of steps. The far end of the property offers all the comforts and facilities of a separate cottage, meaning that anyone looking for some space and quiet has somewhere to relax. Here you will find a further light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with a sofa bed, that can be used to accommodate two additional guests, Smart TV and an open-fire to enjoy. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
