Coastal and countryside walks direct from the property, make this an excellent location for walkers, fishermen and dog owners. The Quantock Hills are a short drive, as is the medieval village of Dunster, with its castle, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and wooded Crown Estate great for walking and biking. Lynmouth is also worth a visit with its historic cliff lift and spectacular Valley of the Rocks. Alternatively, relax in the garden or on the patio which catches the sunshine into the evening, or enjoy al fresco dining and watch the sun set.

Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Utility area: with fridge/freezer and space for storing coats and boots. Outside: spacious illuminated patio area with seating, overlooking the enclosed garden with views over the countryside and towards the sea. Additional small sheltered raised patio area with seating and lounging chairs. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome, please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead at all times, only in the enclosed rear garden are dogs allowed off their leads. Additional info: dog towels provided, outside tap for muddy paws! Telephone for incoming calls only. Secure shed available in the back garden for storing bikes.
