Minehead Terminus Beach is a popular holiday resort in Somerset, England, known for its wide sand and shingle beach and variety of amenities.

Minehead is one of Somerset's busiest holiday resorts, with many amenities and a wide sand and shingle beach that faces North-to-North West and looks out across the Bristol Channel towards Wales. The beach is approximately 2.6 kilometres wide and is situated close to the town. The promenade, which features cafés, bars, and shops, offers access to the sandy beach and spectacular views across to North Hill. The terminus of the West Somerset Railway is adjacent to the beach.

In 1990, a violent storm almost completely washed away the sand and shingle beach. A multimillion-pound project to replace the beach and the sea wall was completed in 2001. Since then, the beach has been restored and is now a popular destination for tourists.

The beach is good for swimming, kite-surfing, and windsurfing. Visitors can also enjoy easy access to amusement arcades, the terminus of the West Somerset Railway, and the start of the South West Coast Path. Minehead is home to one of the three remaining Butlins Holiday Camps in the UK, which offers a range of sports and leisure activities. The town also has a wide variety of water sports, including sailing and windsurfing.

Minehead is a nature lover's destination, as it is the gateway to Exmoor National Park. There are lots of walks and stunning landscapes to explore. The town is also the official starting point for the South West Coast Path, which finishes in Poole and is 630 miles long. Visitors can also explore Somerset's oldest golf course, the Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club.

Dogs are restricted on the beach between the Harbour and the Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club from May through September. Visitors should be aware of this restriction when planning their trip.
